To register your new product you must complete the form below within 7 business days of purchasing your Swabpod device. Please submit a legible picture or scan of your original purchase receipt and a picture of the product’s original packaging.

If you purchased your Swabpod here at our website your warranty automatically applies and you do not need to register it.
